The Role
We are looking for a technical support officer to join a busy implementations team in a brand new and exciting role.
We are looking for someone to support their development, helpdesk and project teams in some of the technical aspects. This includes testing processes, creating accompanying documentation and reviewing issues.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently and have excellent communication skills. They will need a logical, careful and consistent approach, with an eye for detail. Full training will be provided and will include shadowing other members of the team.

Main duties:
* Write or review testing documentation
* Carry out testing and document results
* Liaise with developers on issues found
* Creating customer friendly documentation and process diagrams
* Providing 3rd line support on helpdesk cases
The ideal candidate will require:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Proficient in use of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
* Self-motivation and the ability to work under own initiative and pressure
* Previous testing or project office experience will be an advantage
* This role may be suitable for flexible working hours.
