IT Operations Officer
The Conway Group is looking for a highly organized IT Operations Officer to support the daily IT functions across the organization. This role plays a key part in the company providing support across multiple areas. This role will be based in our Head Office in Magherafelt.

Key Responsibilities
System and Operational Support:
* Provide administrative and hands-on IT support to meet the group’s operational needs.
* Assist the 3rd Party Managed Services Provider with staff onboarding/offboarding and other routine IT operations.
IT Infrastructure & Asset Management:
* Oversee IT infrastructure across all Conway Group locations.
* Maintain up-to-date IT inventory records, tracking both fixed and mobile assets.
Vendor and Supplier Coordination:
* Work with third-party vendors to facilitate IT equipment repairs and maintenance.
* Collaborate with key suppliers for procurement and operational support.
Procurement and Logistics Support:
* Assist in procuring hardware and software, ensuring compliance with company policies.
* Work with logistics and storage teams to manage the movement of IT equipment between sites.
* Collect and distribute IT equipment as needed for operational requirements.
General IT Administration:
* Assist with IT system updates and maintenance as required.
About The Role
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
✔️ Proven experience in IT administration or a similar role.
✔️ Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
✔️ Understanding of IT Technology, Networks, Governance & Compliance.
✔️ Basic hands-on IT skills, including hardware setup and troubleshooting.
✔️ Excellent communication skills to liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
✔️ A full, clean driving license with flexibility to travel across Conway Group locations.
Salary will be based on Experience.
