Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Finance & Operations Co-ordinator to join an expanding business in the London Bridge area on a permanent contract.
Your duties will include:
* Collaborate with the Operations team to understand and manage budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and efficient allocation of resources
* Analyse and present findings on the profitability of contracts and projects, providing insights to support strategic decisions
* Prepare annual uplifts for customers, variations to contract costs and agreements based on mid-cycle operational changes & CRM/ERP billing and budget entry
* Raise, approve, and manage purchase orders, working closely with the Operations team to ensure works are completed within budget and billing is accurate
* Prepare financial reports and summaries to provide visibility into financial performance and support decision-making
* Work closely with various departments, including Operations, to ensure alignment of financial goals and support business objectives
