48 hours per week, 42 hours on the floor and 6 hours supernumerary.

* Promoting our residents’ independence, choice, and dignity by ensuring that the team provides the highest standards of care at all times.
* Assessing each resident’s wellbeing, making sure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met, while maintaining accurate records.
* Delivering clinical guidance to your team, leading by example, motivating, and mentoring the team for the safe, smooth, and efficient running of the care home.
* Building lasting relationships with the residents and their families, fostering a sense of community.
* Liaising with local partners to raise the care home’s profile in the local area and beyond.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
* A Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and a genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct.
* A passion for caring for the elderly and helping people maintain their independence, choice, and dignity.
* An effective communicator able to build strong and honest relationships with residents and their families.
* A leader ready to use their clinical experience to motivate and mentor a team, promoting excellent customer service.
* A respectful and compassionate team player committed to giving your personal best.
