Purpose of the Role
We currently have a 9 - 12 month Accounts Administration Assistant role on a fixed term contract to work in our support services function based in Lewes. The role is varied and involves supporting the Admin Supervisor with data entry of work orders from technicians and inputting sales invoices.
Main Responsibilities
As Accounts Administrator Assistant you will report into the Admin Supervisor, working in a varied role where you will be using our computer systems to place orders on behalf of others, inputting sales invoices, collating data for reporting purposes and completing job cards. The role also involves assisting with payroll data entry and ensuring the weekly deadline is met. Full training will be provided in this role.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have worked within a varied administrative environment and be conversant with Word and Excel. You must be confident, driven, and flexible in your approach to this role. As part of this team, you will be expected to work under your own initiative and prioritise your own workload.
This role would suit someone who has worked in an accounts environment or looking towards doing this as you will be raising orders, goods receipting and invoice processing.
