At Royal Greenwich, we procure and manage private sector and council stock as temporary accommodation. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic team member to join our Temporary Accommodation Placement Team, which provides a quality administration service to the team of temporary accommodation officers and the manager.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in a variety of administration duties.
2. Carry out tenancy sign-ups for clients daily.
3. Work collaboratively with four other officers.
4. Demonstrate excellent customer service.
5. Build good relationships with other departments, landlords, and external organizations.
Requirements:
1. Experience in administration duties.
2. Computer literate with a willingness to learn new IT skills.
3. Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
4. Ability to be quick-thinking, discreet, and flexible to meet changing priorities and deadlines.
5. Willingness to stay late on occasion with little or no notice.
Umbrella rate: £22.76 per hour
