Overview
Driftrock is the leading automotive marketing platform, powering customer generation for 46 global automotive brands, such as BYD, Honda, Omoda, Mercedes-Benz and Hyundai.
We’re a team of automotive marketing experts, and we’re looking for a leader to join us and help shape our Performance Marketing Services division. The individual for this role will be a leading authority on automotive marketing globally, and will shape the direction of customer generation in the automotive industry.
As the lead of this team, you’ll work with our partners and customers on strategy, optimisation plans, technical activation, and journey conversion rate optimisation. You’ll help them achieve great results and run campaigns which are among the best in the industry.

What skills we’re looking for
* We’re looking for a leader with clear opinions and ideas on the direction the automotive industry should be taking. You’ll be able to recommend marketing strategies and approaches with confidence and authority, and support your ideas with data and insight.
* You’ll have worked with stakeholders at all levels, finding and sharing trends, optimising to measurable goals, and turning these into exceptionally delivered campaigns.
Minimum Requirements
* 2+ years of experience as an Account Director at an agency, managing paid campaigns across a range of ad platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
* First-hand experience of planning and managing campaigns dedicated to driving leads for a client.
* Comfortable with data, reporting, insight, and turning these into recommendations.
* Experience in building and managing client relationships, delivering strategic advice and recommendations.
* Strong commercial awareness; demonstrable experience of tracking client fees and identifying opportunity areas.
* Basic knowledge of Google/Looker Data Studio is desirable, but not a deal breaker.
* Remote experience and capable of working autonomously.
* Smart, passionate, and able to learn new things quickly.
* You should be based in the UK and have the right to work here.

The interview process
If you’re invited for an interview, our process follows four steps:
1. An initial discussion with our operations team to chat through your experience.
2. A call with our Head of Customer experience to discuss the role and your experience further.
3. A short task to assess your practical experience.
4. A final conversation with our CEO.
