About the Role:
As Head of Design & Technology, you will play a pivotal role in crafting the future of DT at our school. You will have the opportunity to reintroduce DT A-Level into our curriculum and explore modern advancements like computer-aided design. Supported by an experienced technician and a highly motivated student body, you will lead a department eager to engage with both traditional and emerging technologies.
Key Requirements:
* Strong expertise in resistant materials and some experience with control systems.
* A genuine passion for Design & Technology and a proven ability to motivate and challenge students.
* Visionary leadership skills to drive the department forward and develop engaging curricula.
