About the Role
This permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours per week) requires a compassionate and skilled individual to join our team. As a care worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care that prioritizes the needs and dignity of our residents.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide person-centered care that promotes independence and wellbeing
* Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing and dressing
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents and their families
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
