The main responsibilities of a Property Manager:
Communicate with landlords in a way that reflects the high-level service
Move-in and Move-out appointments
Ensuring that we have a suitable number of keys sets for tenants, and to suitably manage any new properties.
Organising & recommending maintenance works
Making regular 'check in' calls with landlords
Delivering exceptional customer service to our customers & landlords
Renewing & negotiating tenancy agreements
Dealing with Deposits
Managing a portfolio of residential properties
What we're looking for in the ideal Property Manager:
Minimum of 1 years Property Management experience
High levels of organisation
Time management
Full UK Driving License (Desirable)
