Job Description

* Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and courteously
* Manage check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth process for all guests
* Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and accurately
* Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and resolve any issues
* Maintain a clean and organized reception area
* Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
* Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation
* Stay informed about hotel amenities, local attractions, and events to provide guests with relevant information
* Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures
Qualifications
* Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
