Your key responsibilities will include… Providing high level administrative support to fee earners, including document production, transcription, diary management, billing, and general assistance as required. Delivering a professional and friendly service to clients, answering calls, managing emails, and greeting visitors. Maintaining clear and effective communication with fee earners and colleagues, ensuring tasks are completed promptly and efficiently. Ensuring all new client enquiries and business opportunities are processed smoothly and effectively. Keeping accurate records, maintain the client database, and ensure compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements. Carrying out any additional administrative duties as needed. To be considered for this opportunity you will need… To live within a reasonable distance of Colchester. Previous experience working in a law firm. Previous experience working within a Private Client team or Family team is essential. Familiarity with case management systems (desirable). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Confident IT user, including Microsoft Office. High accuracy in word processing and audio typing
