What You'll Do: We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. You’ll be leading the design direction for our web and mobile apps, ensuring every user touchpoint is intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging. This is a pivotal role where you’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to craft exceptional digital experiences.
* Lead the end-to-end design process for new and existing products across web and mobile platforms.
* Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that bring product ideas to life.
* Own the overall look, feel, and usability of our applications, ensuring consistency and innovation.
* Collaborate with developers to translate designs into functional interfaces, providing guidance and feedback throughout the build process.
* Communicate design decisions clearly across cross-functional teams, advocating for the user while balancing business and technical requirements.
* Review builds and give actionable feedback to developers to ensure the product matches the intended design and user journey.
* Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our products modern and competitive.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience (5+ years) as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality web and mobile design work.
* Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and experience creating user journeys that are both functional and beautiful.
* Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, colour, layout, and attention to detail.
* Technical fluency - you’re able to speak developers’ language and help bridge the gap between design and development.
* Experience with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.) and familiarity with prototyping tools and design systems.
* Excellent communication skills - you can clearly articulate your design choices and explain the user journey to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Ability to take ownership of the full design lifecycle and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
