Overview:
A leading design consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Landscape Architect to join their landscape and urbanism team. This role offers the opportunity to lead and contribute to an exciting programme of work across diverse sectors, including urbanism, workplace, healthcare, education, heritage, leisure, and residential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and mentorship to a multidisciplinary landscape team.
* Manage and deliver medium to large-scale projects from concept through to completion.
* Prepare bid proposals and contribute to business development efforts.
* Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve design excellence.
* Promote and advocate for the profession within the organisation and the wider industry.
Essential Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' post-chartership experience, with proven expertise in leading complex projects.
* Strong design, technical, and client management skills.
* A track record of delivering high-quality outputs across all project stages.
* Excellent communication skills, both visual and written, with the ability to represent the practice externally.
