As a Business Support Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting our doorstep agents and ensuring the smooth operation of our field services.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Field Operations Manager and doorstep team with administration tasks, scheduling, communications, and client relations.
* Manage the doorstep team's plan completion performance daily, including loading, maintaining, and monitoring accounts to completion.
* Support day-to-day administration and assist doorstep staff in all tasks related to performance and implementation.
* Oversee all doorstep visits to ensure they are completed within the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Primary Duties:
* Administer doorstep applications and handle doorstep queries and problems effectively.
* Coordinate updates on agent stationery and marketing materials.
* Prepare and edit internal and external documents such as spreadsheets and mass emails on behalf of the company.
* Delegate accounts on a weekly/monthly basis to doorstep staff.
* Organise updates of client reports and send them to various clients weekly.
* Coordinate and administer warrants, including all paperwork.
* Organise doorstep staff accounts and travel arrangements.
* Organise meetings and greet clients and visitors to the office.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a field administrative position preferred but not essential.
* Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook. Knowledge of Excel is critical.
* Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to recall information quickly and effectively prioritise workflow.
* Capable of multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with a good telephone manner.
* Ability to work independently while seeking guidance when needed.
* Initiative, proactive approach, and good judgment in decision-making.
* High standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information.
* Friendly, personable, and able to build harmonious working relationships with clients, co-workers, and the public.
* Team player with adaptability to changing needs and environments.
* Professional demeanour with a positive and proactive attitude.
