Calling all Roofers in Lincolnshire Have you got the right tools for the job? We're looking for an experienced and skilled Roofer to join our successful Responsive Repairs team covering the following towns in Lincolnshire: Skegness, Spilsby, Boston, Woodhall, Horncastle, Spalding, Grantham, Bourne, Sleaford and Ingoldmells What could you be doing? Responsible for the maintenance and repair of our properties, you'll be completing patch repair work and refurbishments. You will be able to install and replace roofs, and be competent to deliver: Tile and slate Felting roofs Flat roofs Ridge and hip tiles Chimneys Flashing Pointing Rain water gutters and down pipes We want somebody who can: A team player, you’ll be hard working and keen to learn with a can-do attitude. You’ll be working in people’s homes, so you’ll need to be friendly and approachable with good communication skills. You’ll also need to be organised and recognise the importance of delivering good customer service. Some things we need from you: You'll have significant roofing experience Time served or a roofing qualification will be a benefit Be self –motivated Willing to learn new skills You must be able to work alone, and as part of a team Experience of working for a social Landlord, Housing Association or Council. Strong customer service skills Full current valid driving Licence essential as this is a mobile role As you will be working within Customer’s homes this role requires a DBS check. There is also the opportunity to earn additional from being on the out of hours rota as required. This role is for a team based in Skegness, Spilsby, Boston, Woodhall, Horncastle, Spalding, Grantham, Bourne, Sleaford and Ingoldmells so you will need to live in this area.
