As a P&C Business Partner, you will support the P&C Business Partner and VP People & Culture, focusing on enhancing people and culture practices within the Product, Technology & Data divisions. You will play a key role in aligning our strategic and operational goals while nurturing our company culture and developing leadership capabilities.
What You'll do:
* Serve as a trusted advisor in developing and implementing the People and Culture strategy.
* Guide recruitment, onboarding, and compliance for effective people management.
* Support change management and ensure resources are aligned with organizational design.
* Assist with job descriptions and hiring processes in line with workforce plans.
* Enhance management capabilities in hiring, performance management, and team wellbeing.
* Analyze metrics to inform strategic workforce planning.
* Collaborate with managers to meet business objectives and execute people plans.
* Ensure efficient recruitment and performance management processes.
* Support HR cycles like salary reviews and talent management.
* Identify and implement process improvements in People and Culture.
* Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
* Promote a sense of belonging and mentor P&C Advisors.
What You'll bring:
* CIPD qualified with strong knowledge of P&C policies and systems.
* Proven experience in UK Employment Law, with exposure to global and matrixed organizations.
* Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong commercial awareness with a collaborative and integrity-focused approach.
* Experience in employee relations, succession planning, and performance calibration.
* Comfortable presenting and facilitating workshops, with a knack for clear communication.
* Proven ability to manage projects while maintaining business continuity.
