Anexcellent opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individualto join our management accounting team providing financial support to the Corporate/ R&D Functions in the trust
As a SeniorFinance assistant, you will be responsible for the delivery of robust monthlyreporting and provision of financial advice and training to key members of the Corporate/ R&D Teams, thus supporting sound financial management in the Trust. Aprofessional approach and attention to detail are key as are excellent timemanagement skills.
We arelooking for someone with relevant management accounts experience orqualification, who is reliable and pro-active, who can evidence work of a highstandard, communicate well and show commitment to achieving their own goals andthose of the Trust.
Ideally,the successful candidate will be a part-qualified accountant, perhaps someonewho is undertaking studies towards full professional accountancy qualification.

Main duties of the job
To work within a team of staff to provide a comprehensivefinancial advice and support service to budget holders, ensuring that accuratefinancial information is produced on a timely basis and in accordance withprofessional financial standards.
The postholder will primarily provide support one ClinicalBusiness Units working directly with the finance team and various operationalcolleagues for the CBU the role encompasses robust production of monthlyreporting via the ledger system, ensuring data integrity and timeliness, andadvice and training to budget holders in understanding their finances
The postholder will also provide support to corporatetrust-wide financial management functions (including cross-cover whennecessary) and participate in maintaining and developing financial managementsystems and processes
