Job Title: Digital Content Marketing Manager (1 Year Fixed Term Contract)
This role will work as part of our Ecommerce team, pivotal in leading the digital focus of marketing from managing and executing online content with the support of our external digital agency, planning, building and managing email campaigns and using analytics to make recommendations and target increasing repeat customers.
This is a hands-on management role to elevate our customer experience and support purchases with a direct report.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Own the organic marketing and content strategy across all digital channels including email marketing, social and website that supports our marketing plan and trading objectives. Working closely with the rest of the Ecommerce team and wider collaboration.
2. Management of our CRM strategy through execution of email marketing plan and development of the system in line with campaigns and trading styles objectives. Building, designing, writing copy and optimising emails to drive frequency and making the most of the tools within the system.
3. Ensuring website and all pages are consistent and kept up to date with assets, content and offers in line with trading plan.
4. Develop and execute targeted campaigns (including automation) through our CRM system to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
5. Own and improve the usability, design and content of the website whilst supporting the external digital agency to influence SEO strategy and optimisation to improve acquisition and conversion.
6. Weekly and monthly updates and reports, focusing on key KPI's and conversion.
7. Develop our organic social media strategy, executing campaign posts and ensuring site-level marketing tools are used to drive engagement.
8. Collaborate with in-house and external teams for content creation, creating briefs and providing direction on needs; ensures content (copy/image/video assets) are on brand and optimal for digital performance.
9. Carry out regular A/B tests of the campaigns.
10. Be the product owner for the CRM and content tools within the digital business.
11. Line management responsibility.
Qualifications:
1. 4+ years of experience in content marketing and CRM management, with a track record of driving business results.
2. Experience in data analytics including GA4 to help drive decision-making.
3. Canva/Adobe experience would be advantageous.
4. Experience with CRM systems essential (Extra points for Bloomreach and Hubspot).
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently.
6. Work effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. A self-starter with strong communication skills.
Location: Minimum 2 days of office working required.
