We have an exciting new opportunity for someone passionate about patient safety to join our Quality and Patient Safety team as a Band 3 Clinical Governance and Patient Safety Administrator. The post holder will provide dedicated administrative support to the patient safety team in relation to patient safety incident reviews and investigations under the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework. Responsibilities include: Organising and acting as administrator for various meetings within the quality and patient safety team. Maintaining flexibility and a proactive approach to work. Possessing good communication skills and ability to work under supervision. Additional duties include: Providing administrative support for patient safety incident reviews and investigations. Supporting the Patient Safety Manager in maintaining systems, processes, and accurate records. Inputting data into computerised systems, producing routine information for reports, and maintaining spreadsheets and trackers. Organising and attending virtual and face-to-face meetings, including setting agendas, collating papers, and taking minutes/notes. Responding to enquiries and managing mailboxes.
