Job overview
You will be joining a dynamic, busy, and successful service and multi-disciplinary team within CYPS Community Team Northeast Hampshire (formally known as CAMHS Aldershot) for three days per week. We are a very reflective and supportive team ensuring we put the young people and families at the heart of what we do.
This post is suitable for a newly qualified Specialist Family & Systemic Psychotherapist. The successful applicant would have experience in the assessment and treatment of children and young people with mental health issues.
To provide timely assessment of children and young people who are referred to CYPS Community Team Northeast Hampshire and provide care planning and support for their care and create individualised treatment plans.
Deliver on the following key area and lead team functioning with particular focus on the following areas:
* To provide high quality, specialist evidence-based systemic family therapy assessment and treatment to children and adolescents and their families and professional networks.
* To work autonomously within the Association Family Therapy (AFT), UKCP and Trust guidelines.
* To support audit and research activities and to propose and implement policy changes within the area served by the team.
* To support on outcomes and research.
