Hours: 35 hours per week

Salary: £27,554 - £30,175 p.a.
Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: Within this role you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary housing team. This is a varied and interesting role which will develop your skills, knowledge and experience within the social housing sector.

Requirements
This post may be required to provide an (out of hours) emergency standby service on a rota basis.
Access to personal transport (Given the nature of this job, the postholder will be required to make visits away from their normal base. A driving licence is desirable, but consideration would be given to the postholder making alternative arrangements as long as these meet the operational requirements of the Service.)
