Inclusive Learning Lecturer Location: Swindon Job Type: Full-time, 37 hours per week Salary: £30-40 per hour We are seeking an Inclusive Learning Lecturer to join our client's educational team, focusing on teaching life skills and life coaching to students aged 16-18. This Monday to Friday role is ideal for a dedicated educator who is passionate about making a difference in young people's lives. Day-to-day of the role: Design and deliver engaging life skills and life coaching sessions to students aged 16-18. Develop curriculum and lesson plans that cater to the needs of all students, ensuring inclusivity. Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to encourage their personal and academic growth. Collaborate with other teaching staff to integrate life skills into the broader educational program. Maintain a positive, inclusive, and motivating environment for learning. Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching strategies and materials. Required Skills & Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification is desirable. Experience in teaching life skills or life coaching, particularly to young adults. Strong understanding of the educational needs of students aged 16-18. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create and maintain an inclusive, supportive classroom environment.
