Responsibilities
* Supervise Food and Beverage Outlet operations to ensure a flawless guest and member experience.
* Communicate and delegate tasks to the team, ensuring everyone is clear on their roles.
* Ensure compliance with brand standards and strict adherence to food hygiene regulations.
* Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Represent the needs of the team, promoting a collaborative and positive work culture.
* Assist Food and Beverage management with achieving financial targets and departmental goals.
* Assist with training and development of team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Conduct annual and mid-year appraisals for team members under your responsibility.
* Maintain constant awareness of security, especially related to stock, cash, and equipment.
* Oversee preparations of the F&B area for service, ensuring stock replenishment and adherence to cleaning schedules.
* Promote and encourage staff to upsell and adopt strong sales techniques.
* Ensure all Food and Beverage departments operate to the Brand Standards.
* Assist with recruitment of F&B staff as required.
* Ensure all colleagues on shift are fully briefed and clear of their responsibilities and roles.
* Work to continually improve brand standards, Mobius and SALT scores within the F&B department.
* Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
Qualifications

* Proven Food and Beverage experience at supervisory level.

* Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
* Excellent grooming standards.
* Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
* Previous experience in the hospitality industry.
* Previous experience in supervising and/or delegation.
* Willingness to develop team members and self.
