Job Title: Business Development Manager - Contract Kitchens
Industry Sector: Contract Kitchens, Kitchens, Bathrooms, KBB, Kitchen Retailers, Kitchen Showrooms, Major House Builders, National House Builders, Regional House Builders, Developers, Tier 1 Contractors, Main Contractors, Private Developers and Builders
Area to be covered: North (M62 corridor)
Remuneration: up to £55,000 + bonus / commission giving OTE £70,000+
Benefits: Hybrid company car or £500 allowance & full company benefits
Role Overview:
The role of the Business Development Manager - Contract Kitchens will involve:
1. Business Development Manager position selling our clients manufactured range of contract kitchens purely focusing on high-rise residential projects.
2. All of your time will be focused on selling to housebuilders, national & regional housebuilders, developers, and contractors.
3. Focusing on regional developers rather than big nationals.
4. Will be expected to turnover circa £2m within the first 18 months.
5. Deal with anything from 1 plot upwards.
Ideal Applicant:
The ideal applicant will be a Business Development Manager - Contract Kitchens with:
1. Must have kitchen product experience.
2. Must have sold to housebuilders / developers (ideally regional developers).
3. Must be able to communicate at all levels.
4. Charismatic, very personable, professional, and confident.
5. IT literate.
