Job Outline
Working as part of the Manchester showroom team, as a senior sales consultant, you will be responsible for actively approaching clients, assisting them, identifying requirements, and suggesting appropriate solutions from our product range to meet their needs and aspirations.
Key Skills and Responsibilities
1. Personally greeting clients upon entry to the showroom.
2. Recommending suitable product ranges to clients based on their specifications (dimensions; budget).
3. Providing clients with detailed and accurate quotations within agreed time scales.
4. Handling payments directly from clients as well as credit/debit card payments, ensuring complete receipts.
5. Answering telephones and dealing with any client queries.
6. Following agreed sales processes.

3. Clear and positive communicator with good negotiation and influencing skills.
4. Relevant experience with face-to-face customer sales in a similar environment or possesses the underlying traits to fulfill this role.
Education and Qualifications
1. A good level of verbal, written, and numerical literacy.
2. Relevant experience/background in the KBB sector.
