CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MANAGER
Opportunity to join a market leading technology manufacturing business and account manage multiple complex projects from enquiry to delivery. You will work within a fast-paced account management team and take full responsibility for specific accounts and market sectors. Your account management skills will ensure projects achieve business OTIF targets and that project progress, challenges and resolutions are effectively communicated and managed with key stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Produce and deliver Account Plan for allocated accounts
2. Work with key stakeholders to manage complex production projects through to on-time delivery
3. Prepare and manage client proposals, RFQs, contract negotiation, administration etc.
4. Manage project reporting and forecasting including NPI progress, costings, margin, risk, mitigation.
5. Prepare and deliver internal and external presentations
6. Develop and manage positive customer relationships
Experience you will bring to the role:
1. Past success account managing multiple complex NPI projects through to volume production
2. Proven stakeholder management skills
3. Project management skills
4. High degree of computer literacy and communication skills including detailed report writing and presentation skills
