Our client is a rapidly growing software development organisation based in the heart of Reading. Due to their ongoing growth, they are seeking an ambitious HR Manager to join and lead their HR Department. The role itself is a varied and challenging position, where you will work with the senior stakeholders in the business, implementing HR policies and procedures. The role is a nice mix of general HR BAU activities including ER, Recruitment, and EE, as well as key project work around benefits, L&D and systems.
Ensuring Your Success
You will have a strong generalist HR background with demonstrable experience leading and developing a team. CIPD qualification is highly advantageous. Having experience dealing with complex ER cases is essential, alongside leading on recruitment and development. You will be strategically and commercially aware with excellent communication skills.
