Job Title: HR & OD Coordinator
Duration: 1x 18 Month Fixed Term Contract with possibility of extension (37 hours per week)
1x Permanent Part time (20 hours per week)
Salary: Scale 5, NJC Points 14-19, £28,624 - £31,067 (plus 19% employer pension contribution)

As a member of the HR & OD team the post holder will be required to:
1. Provide and develop a high quality HR & OD Service to the Council in support of the corporate plan & strategic workforce plan.
2. Operate in a dynamic and changing environment, inputting to creative solutions to HR & OD issues and challenges, and provide professional advice on innovative HR & OD.
3. Provide accurate and timely procedural support and information to Employees, Line Managers and Customers on a range of Human Resources issues.
