What will you actually be doing?
Working within our Group Accounts Team you'll learn and take on responsibility for the daily reconciliation of our treasury cashbooks, as well as accurately managing intercompany recharges and balance agreements.
With strong attention to detail your focus will be to work with colleagues across finance to ensure that information is promptly recorded and reconciled and assist with our month end reporting processes.
The role will also include analysing and managing key spend in the department in relation to our Insurance and professional fee expenditure.
In a varied role, you will prepare statutory accounts for the two Next Group Pension Plans, as well as Management Accounts for the trustees on a quarterly basis.

Technical skills/business skills required:
* Experienced user of Microsoft Excel
* Highly numerate
