In this term-time role, you'll have the chance to explore your passion for education, supporting students aged 4-11 and contributing to their social, emotional, and academic development. Provide regular progress updates to the class teacher and maintain accurate records. Attend to children's personal needs, including minor first aid, and offer guidance on social health, physical hygiene, and welfare matters. Engage with teachers, caregivers, and parents to monitor student development. Support children 1:1 or in small groups to aid their learning. Be a positive role model for both students and staff. What You'll Need: Experience working with children. A genuine passion for supporting children's growth. GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English, grade C or above. An enhanced child DBS (we can assist if you don't already have one). Strong behaviour and classroom management skills. Patience to help pupils grasp lessons and engage with activities planned by the teacher. Eligibility to work in the UK (Sponsorship is not provided).
