Your new role Your new role willconsist of overseeing the Faade teams on site. Working alongside the SiteManager to: 1) Oversee the day-to-day construction activities of the Faade teams at the job site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the client's specifications. 2) Coordinate and supervise the Faade teams working on the project, managing their schedules and ensuring seamless collaboration 3) Monitor inventory and materials, placing orders as needed to prevent delays and maintain productivity. 4) Weekly site meetings to update the Project Managers/Clients/Stakeholders on work progress. 5) Enforce safety protocols, conduct site inspections, and document progress to ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations What you'll need to succeed Tosucceed in this role, you will need: A background working with faades. SMSTS CSCS First Aid Presentable and clear communicator.
