Job Title: Purchase to Pay (PTP) Finance Manager
Location: Nottingham
Contract: Fixed Term 9 months

About the role
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of the Enterprise Finance Services team, managing contract and service delivery of our BPO partner. You will manage a team of two. Responsibilities will also include:
1. To ensure efficient and effective PTP processes across the Boots UK&I business, managing delivery of such through the BPO partner.
2. Ensure collective delivery against PTP KPIs and SLAs across BPO and Boots processes.
3. To interface with the BPO provider across PTP processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery and swift resolution of queries and issues.
4. To participate in the evolution and implementation of global PTP processes and tool sets across Boots UK&I.
5. Champion the implementation of new Global Finance processes and tools across Boots and the BPO as appropriate in support of the wider finance transformation.
6. Support the business with the ongoing development of working capital opportunities.
7. Ensure adherence to policies and compliance.
What you'll need to have
These are the essential skills or experience needed to succeed in this role:
1. Previous experience of Procure to Pay processes.
2. Previous experience in accounting operations or shared services roles.
3. Experienced leader of efficient & well-controlled process environment.
4. Experienced people leader.
5. Ability to work across a highly matrixed structure and with remote offshore teams.
6. Strong communication skills.
7. Ability to drive change and attention to detail.
8. Digitally proficient, use of SAP & Microsoft Office, willingness to adopt and learn new tools.
