We are seeking to recruit an Income Recovery Officer for Hybrid working. The role will involve but is not limited to the following: Delivery of Accounts Receivable Service (debt collection) in accordance with set service levels and key performance indicators. Responsibility of recovery of sundry and leasehold income including Major works debt, care debt and former tenant arrears. Referral and dealing with solicitors for legal recovery of income. Assisting Senior Officers of AR team for the day-to-day management and delivery of the service. The role requires an enthusiastic proactive person with a professional attitude and self-motivation, who can deliver under pressure with minimal supervision. Experience And Skills Required Experience of Sundry and Leasehold Income Recovery and dealing with simple and complex enquiries. Knowledge of Business World On (UNIT 4 ERP), OHMS (housing management system) is preferable but not essential. Performance reports and Business Objects report running will be an advantage. Excellent numerical and communication skills with customer focus experience are essential. Capability of working with very high volume of work within limited time. Works in an organised, systematic and efficient way ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at all times Manages own workload with minimal supervision and assists other members of the team deliver to timescales. Knowledge of all office applications is essential.
