The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Banking & Real Estate Finance Solicitor with 4+ years PQE to join a leading and highly ranked Legal 500 law firm.
The role will involve working on high-profile, complex transactions within real estate finance. You will handle a broad range of work including acquisitions, secured lending, asset management, and commercial and residential development finance, with a particular focus on transactional work.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing complex real estate finance transactions and a deep understanding of the sector. You will work closely with senior colleagues and clients, providing expert legal advice in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The Ideal Candidate
* 4+ years PQE with strong experience in real estate finance and/or general finance work.
* Proven ability to manage complex real estate finance transactions.
* Strong focus on transactional work, including acquisitions, investments, secured lending, and asset management.
* Experience in both commercial and residential development finance.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A keen desire to progress within a leading law firm, with a focus on intellectual and professional development.
