The Finance Coordinator plays a key role in keeping Silktide’s day-to-day financial operations running smoothly. This includes managing accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), payroll, invoicing, reconciliations, VAT returns, expense tracking, and financial reporting. * Tracking expenses and reconciling reports to maintain accurate financial records.
* Submitting VAT returns, PAYE/P32 reports, and other required tax filings while ensuring compliance with government regulations.
* Maintaining audit-ready financial documentation and collaborating with external accountants.
* Ensuring compliance with internal financial policies and enforcing them across vendors and teams.
* Using Xero and Excel to manage and analyze financial data.
