Maintain vendor files and update the accounts payable system. Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues. Coordinate with procurement and logistics departments. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist in month end closing activities. Support other finance-related tasks as needed. Profile A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role within the industrial/manufacturing sector. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
