We are seeking a Senior Quality Manager to lead and develop our Centre Quality team, ensuring external quality assurance of centres aligns with City & Guilds' processes, regulatory requirements, and Centre Assessment Standards Scrutiny (CASS) strategy. This role will play a crucial part in mitigating risk, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and ensuring valid and reliable learner outcomes.
As a key leader, you will provide direction and support to a high-performing team, manage resources effectively, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory standards
About the role
1. Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve department goals, deliver exceptional service, and meet key SLAs.
2. Work with senior leadership to develop and implement the departments strategy, objectives, and key results.
3. Oversee risk management and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with CASS strategy and regulatory requirements.
4. Establish a framework for performance reviews, training, and recognition to nurture a high-performance culture.
