Terani, a luxury prestige car dealership, is pleased to post an opening for a role in our customer service team. We are looking for an active and organised individual with great skills in the English language to do the following:
1. Manage client consultations, finalising deals, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
2. Provide exceptional service on phone and face-to-face interactions, building strong client relationships.
3. Oversee administrative processes to maintain operational efficiency.
4. Assist customers with post-purchase vehicle issues, ensuring high satisfaction rates.
5. Order parts for vehicle customisation.
