Salary: £31-32,000 Location: home based / office and patch in Gwent Contract duration: 3 months guaranteed with potential for extensions Hours: 37 hours per week (Mon to Fri; flexible working) Start date: ASAP What will your day to day look like as a Housing Officer? Dealing with tenancy and estate management, anti-social behaviour, safeguarding & tenancy sustainment, delivering a customer focused approach. Manage complaints of anti-social behaviour and other tenancy related breaches, working proactively towards finding positive solutions.
