Get to know yourself through an EY apprenticeship
It’s okay to not know everything when it comes to your career, as it’s only just beginning. We’re here to support you! Our apprenticeships enable you to supercharge your career and shape your future with confidence.
Supercharge your career through our Business Apprenticeship in Turnaround and Restructuring (TRS)
You’ll progress even faster than university-goers, as the projects you’ll work on will provide you with lots of practical experience to fast-track your career.
Help businesses navigate through uncertain times, ask the difficult questions that could lead to their success, and make key decisions that result in better strategies built for tomorrow. Advising clients on the best course of action for their businesses is what working in TRS is all about.
What your career will look like
This four-year programme allows you to gain hands-on paid work as you study towards becoming a chartered accountant. Also gain an ICAEW in England and ICAS in Scotland Level 7 Apprenticeship which is equivalent to a master’s degree.
You will:
* Solve urgent and important business problems by analysing data and proposing solutions for underperforming businesses.
* Undertake a range of tasks required to manage a company that is going through an insolvency process.
* Gain the technical skills to tackle national and international challenges.
* Collaborate with passionate colleagues in a hybrid environment as you put your ambitions into action.
You'll be in a supportive team and will receive regular coaching and mentoring. You'll be learning on-the-job and will be given access to regular training opportunities. Plus, your experience doesn't stop once you've completed the programme - we'll continue to give you opportunities to progress within EY.

We operate an open access policy, meaning we don’t screen out applications on your academic performance alone. You will, however, need to be working towards an honours degree in any subject, have a minimum of grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths, and three A-levels/Five Highers (or equivalent) to be eligible to apply.
