Department Overview
PPC plays a fundamental part of the Dunelm marketing mix, understanding the levers for further growth whilst maximising efficiency and refining our measurement methodology are key to success in this role. A strong role model to develop the internal team and being able to balance the requirements of the PPC channel whilst working collaboratively with stakeholders to answer the fundamental questions of the PPC channel are key facets of this role. This role will report into the Senior PPC Manager.
What you'll be doing
* Responsibility for day to day and week to week department level performance. Ensuring all key KPIs, such as spend, ROAS & profit are hit on a weekly basis.
* Working with key stakeholders to ensure we have a joined up approach to customer targeting across marketing channels.
* Create and drive forward department level strategies that are sustainable in the long term and align to company and department KPIs.
* Paid Search category management for Dunelm.com.
* Create a clear testing roadmap that highlights the opportunity for efficiency gains within departments.
* Work collaboratively to robustly and thoroughly test all bidding methodologies understanding the best approaches for Dunelm.
* A key contributor across Digital Marketing, working collaboratively with peers to drive team performance forward.
* Understand the latest digital marketing and PPC developments, to react quickly to changes in the landscape and take advantage of new opportunities, features and innovations.

Desirable Experience
* Strong process driven planning and execution.
* You have a deep understanding of all PPC factors.
* You have a proven track record of delivering results.
* You are metrics driven and ensure PPC is correctly measured to show business impact.
* Solid hands-on experience using SA 360 and GA 360.
* A passion for data and comfortable working with large data sets.
* Very good understanding of & experience working with other channels; SEO, CRM, Display, Paid Social, Affiliates.
* You have previous experience using a Customer Data Platform, ideally Tealium Key.
