A small but brilliant company based in Capenhurst is recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join an established team.
Part of a team of 2, you will as Accounts Assistant be responsible for:
1. All financial administration of the business with regard to invoicing, payroll and purchasing
2. Processing all payroll tasks on a monthly basis for nearly 70 employees, using Sage Payroll
3. Supporting sales administration through raising of sales invoices and credit control
4. Processing supplier invoices and coding on to Sage
5. Bank reconciliations
6. Processing expenses
7. Online banking and production of monthly payment runs
8. Preparing reports for invoicing, stock levels
9. Supporting with financial year-end audits
We are looking for someone who has:
1. Solid experience working in a similar finance role
2. Knowledge of payables/receivables and payroll
3. Sage experience is advantageous
4. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
5. Good team player
6. Ability to work to tight deadlines
7. Excellent attention to detail
