We are seeking to appoint a talented, enthusiastic and highly motivated school clerical assistant to join our hard-working office team as soon as possible.
Ladypool is a small, happy, vibrant and diverse primary school with a nursery.
The Role:
The role is a busy front facing position within the main office and will involve general office duties with a focus on:
* pupil admissions including the inputting of confidential pupil data, in year transfers, leavers and entering all other related information on to MIS
* daily monitoring of pupil attendance, compiling accurate information when required for the Senior Leadership Team
* to produce accurate letters to prospective parents, agencies and the Local Authority
* preparation of the school admission applications/packs for Nursery and Reception intake and ensuring all of the completed information is forwarded to the relevant external agencies

* be a skilled administrator, preferably with experience of working in a busy school office and have a good knowledge of both Word and Excel.
