Technical Services Administrator - Chertsey, Surrey Job Type: Full Time - Seasonal (Fixed End Date) What you'll bring to the team Are you looking for an administrative role, with an office like no other? We may have the job for you at THORPE PARK Resort We are currently recruiting for an Administrator for the Technical Services department for a fixed term period of 6 months. This is a key role within our busy Technical Services team, helping to ensure this large and critical business function runs smoothly. You will work as part of a small and friendly team of administrators, with your focus being to support the department’s finance and compliance processes and systems. This will include, but isn’t limited to, placing all orders for the department, liaising with contractors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of services/parts, and processing and approving invoices on the system, to ensure prompt payments to suppliers and contractors. What is it we’re looking for in a successful candidate? Flexibility is required to support operational needs; however, hours are generally 7.15am to 3.15pm Monday to Friday.
