Band 7 Community Physiotherapist - Surrey - up to £40ph!
Hunter AHP has an exciting opportunity for a Physiotherapist to secure an ongoing locum contract within an urgent community care team in Surrey.
You will work as part of a highly experienced multi-disciplinary therapy team which includes occupational therapists, nurses, and assistants.
Key responsibilities of the physiotherapist role include:
* Attending ward/board rounds
* Liaising with acute and community services
* Follow up D2A visits in the community
* Community experience
* Inpatient experience
* Discharge to Assess experience
* Providing a high quality, evidence-based physiotherapy service
* Working as an independent clinical professional with well-developed knowledge and skills, problem solving, clinical reasoning, and clinical expertise in a specialist area
Key details:
* Start: ASAP
* 4 days a week
* Ongoing contract
* Location: Surrey
