Study Abroad Programme Officer (30 hours per week)

This is an exciting time to join the Study Abroad team at the University of Brighton working to ensure an optimal experience for our incoming Study Abroad students.
The Study Abroad Office provides a bespoke programme for International students who apply to study abroad at the University of Brighton. Reporting to the Study Abroad Office Manager, this role provides a whole service from application through to departure for study abroad students and support of the study abroad team.
The post-holder is responsible for many areas of the programme across the university such assuring visa regulation checks take place, international qualifications, financial recording and timetable management and supervision of students on occasional off-site field trips.
The role sits within the wider International Team at the University of Brighton which is a supportive environment facilitating sharing of insights and resource across Study Abroad and Recruitment/Marketing specialisms. Although the International Team at Brighton has grown in size in recent years, we remain a small, welcoming and mutually supportive team aiming to work efficiently and effectively to the achievement of the Universities objectives for internationalisation.
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, has strong organisational skills and able to communicate across international boundaries. The successful candidate will need to have excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise competing demands while supporting other team members.

Please note this is a permanent part-time role over 5 days, working 09:30-15:30.
