They provide access to a wide range of facilities, including an onsite farm and adventurous activities such as rock climbing.
Come join them and truly make a difference every day that you come to work.
The Role
As a Support Worker you will provide help and guidance to the young people within the residential areas, school and out in the community. This can mean, teaching life skills, organising and attending day trips and health care appointments, delivering personal care and administering medication.
You will be responsible for safeguarding the residents, and supporting them to achieve maximum levels of independence, have fun, and develop a lifelong love of learning.
