Your mission is to help us ensure our commitment as a technology leader by delivering innovative solutions and embracing a forward-thinking mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, update and create processes and proceduresDevelop, support and continuously improve LCPtechnology infrastructure, spanning multiple physical office and numerous MS Cloud subscriptionsMaintain LCPTeams Telephony SolutionsHands-on implementation of WAN solutions and network migration tasks based on physical and cloud platformsHands-on implementation of Wireless NetworksDesign and implement standardised templates and configuration baselines, that enable teams to efficiently self-serve solutions where appropriateMaintain and manage access to Console ServicesProactively drive the automation ofmanual or repetitive networkinfrastructure tasks to reduce overheads and standardise practisesManage and implement security control measures such as access control lists, DDoS protection etcManagement of Azure, AWS, and Google Computer Cloud Virtual NetworksConfigure and support WAN technologies, including OSPF\/IS-IS, BGP, GRE, IPSEC, VPNs, QOS, Multicasting, and both Layer 2 and Layer 3 connectivityPerform device upgrades specifically relating to Cisco Meraki Network devices and Palo Alto FirewallsManage and maintain the organisationPrem and Cloud LAN, WAN, and firewall services, ensuring availability, security, and performanceSet up and maintain VLANs, switches, and related network infrastructure, including proactive monitoring and maintenanceWork with InfoSec and the Security Engineers to ensure consistent and robust network and firewall securityMonitor network performance, identify trends, and provide capacity planning and resource management insightsProvide network expertise to internal and externals projects, engaging with stakeholders as requiredAssist in troubleshooting and resolving network issues, implementing preventative measures to avoid recurrence.
