Job Title: Field Service Engineer
Location: UK & Offshore Travel Required
Hours: Full Time

Key Responsibilities of a Field Service Engineer:
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out valve repairs both on-site and offshore for our customers and the Company. Your core duties will include:
* Providing front-line technical advice and solutions to customers.
* Responding to on-call requirements at customer sites in the UK and worldwide offshore locations.
* Disassembling, assembling, and testing a range of valves, actuators, and associated instrumentation on-site in line with QA/QC and Health & Safety procedures.
Key Skills and Experience Required:
* Higher National Certificate/Diploma or equivalent, alongside a completed Engineering Apprenticeship.
* Proven expertise with a variety of valve types including Control, Choke, Butterfly, Isolation, and PSV, as well as actuators and instrumentation.
* Previous experience working on customer sites is essential.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify solutions to technical issues that meet both customer expectations and internal technical standards.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
